Purposes of the processing. The purpose of this processing is to manage requests and questions submitted to the Company.

It allows our Company to:

Mandatory nature of the data collectionFields marked with an asterisk on the event registration form are mandatory and must be completed for your registration request to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be taken into consideration.

Storage period of the personal data. Your personal data will be stored by our Company for a period of three years from the closing of the event.  

  • Processing of your personal data for the management of communication

Purposes of the processing. The purpose of this processing is to manage the Company’s communications in relation to its business activities.

These operations include:

  • marketing emails related to the Company’s products, services, and events (newsletter, information on events, documentation such as whitepapers),
  • commercial communications, by email or phone, based on personal interaction with the Company’s employees and in relation to your business projects and needs.

As part of this processing, the Company calculates, by means of cookies (see below “8. Use of cookies on the Website”), your appetence for its products and services based on your profile (position in your company and the industry of your company), your interactions with the Website and the services provided by the Company on the Website (registration for an event, scheduling a consultation, asking for a demo, request to become a partner), in order to determine whether the Company contacts you by email or telephone for marketing purposes.

This processing allows the Company to:

  • send marketing emails to promote the Company’s products, services, and events,
  • provide personalized commercial communications, by email or phone,

In case of objection, your data will be stored, as a proof, for the duration of the statute of limitations for offences in France (6 years) from the date the Company answers to the request.
